Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 t vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 t baking powder
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup blueberries

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 325.

2. Combine butter and chocolate chips in double broiler until melted.

3. In a bowl cream butter mix and sugar. Add eggs 1 at a time. Mix in vanilla and sift in flour and baking powder.

4. Spread into greased pan. Sprinkle raspberries and blueberries on top.

5. Bake 45-50 min until top is lightly browned and center is soft. Cool on rack and refrigerate overnight before slicing and serving.
