Ingredients
- HASH BROWN INGREDIENTS
- 1 pkg "Simply Potatoes" shredded hash browns
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
- TOPPING INGREDIENTS
- 1-1/2 cups corn flakes, coarsley crushed
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted

Step 1
In large bowl combine all hash brown ingredients; mix well. Spread into two quart (11 X 17 or 8 inch square) greased glass baking dish. In small bowl stir together topping ingredients. Spread topping evenly over hash browns. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until hash browns are tender
