  • 10 TO 15 LB PORK SHOULDER TRIMMED
  • INGREDIENTS ARE PER LB
  • 1/2 TBSP BROWN SUGAR
  • 1/2 TBSP BLACK PEPPER
  • 1/2 TBSP GROUND MUSTARD
  • 1 TSP ONION POWDER
  • 1 TSP GARLIC POWDER
  • 1/2 TSP SALT
  • DUST BASIL

Preparation

Step 1

MIX SEASONING IN A BOWL, PLACE IN A SHAKER.

CUT ROAST INTO 2 TO 3 LB CHUNKS

TRIM OFF EXCESSIVE FAT

COAT WITH SEASONING. PLACE IN TUPPERWARE TYPE CONTAINER PLACE IN FRIDGE OVER NIGHT.

PREHEAT YOUR OVEN TO 350 F

REMOVE FROM FRIDGE, PLACE IN OVEN TYPE DISH WITH HIGH SIDES.

PLACE IN OVEN, COOK TILL AN IT OF 195 - 200 F OR WHEN EASILY PULLED APART WITH A FORK,

REMOVE FROM OVEN AND LET REST 10 MINUTES,, SHRED WITH FORKS,

SERVE ON HAMBURGER BUNS ADD BBQ SAUCE AND ENJOY.
