Ingredients

  • 1 German Chocolate Cake Mix
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 1/3 Cup Water
  • 1/2 Cup Oil
  • 1 Cup Coconut
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans
  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese
  • 1 Stick Softened Butter
  • 2 Cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1 pkg. (12 oz.) Chocolate Chips

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat Oven to 350* Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray.
In the bottom of the pan, put the coconut and nuts.

Mix cake mix with eggs, water and oil. Spread over the top of the coconuts and nuts.

In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, butter, vanilla and powdered sugar until fluffy. Spread over the batter. Sprinkle with the chocolate chips. Bake @ 350* for 50 minutes. Cool.

Can be served with Cool Whip or plain, your choice.
