Fabio's Nutella Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup Nutella
• 2 teaspoons brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 3/4 cup flour
• sea salt

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven 350 degrees, in mixing bowl, combine Nutella, brown sugar and eggs. Mix on low speed until just mixed, slowly add flour just barely getting it mixed in, then stop. If you mix too long the cookies will be tough. Use a small fruit scoop to shape the cookies onto the cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes, when they come out of the oven, sprinkle with sea salt and let cool before moving them from baking tray.
