- 2 cups Mix Vegetables ( French Beans, Carrot, Cabbage, Capsicum )
- 1/4 cup Bean Sprouts
- 1 Garlic Cloves - Crushed
- 1 tbsp Ginger - Grated
- Oil for deep frying
- 2 tbsp Soya Sauce
- 2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1/4 cup Sring Onion Finely Chopped
- 1 tbsp Corn flour
- Water as required
- Salt to taste

Step 1
Cooking Time: 10 Min
Step 1: Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic, ginger, spring onion and saute for few minutes
Step 2: Add vegetables and saute on hight heat, until lightly softened
Step 3: Add bean sprouts, salt, black pepper, soya sauce and stir for 2-3 minutes. Switch off the flame and allow the mixture to cool
Step 4: Take a small bowl. Add cornflour, water and make a paste
Step 5: Place spring roll wrapper on a plain surface and place little stuffing on the one edge of the wrapper
Step 6: Apply a little corn flour paste on the all edges. Fold the top edge over the mixture to seal it firmly Fold the left and the right side of the wrappers in order to get a rectangle.
Step 7: Roll the wrappers downwards tightly sealing the ends securely with the corn flour paste. Repeat with the some process to make other rolls.
Step 8: Heat oil in a non stick pan. Deep fry all the rolls one by one and serve hot
