Mocha Espresso Coffee Mix

No need to go to a fancy coffee shop when you are craving a mocha espresso. Now it is easy to make at home. Make the mix to have on hand, and just add hot water.

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup instant coffee
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 cups instant dry milk powder
• 1/2 cup powdered coffee creamer
• 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
• 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/4 cup instant vanilla or chocolate flavored pudding mix

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a large container. Store in an airtight container until ready to use.

To make a mocha espresso coffee, place 2 tablespoons of the mix in a small coffee cup. Add hot water to fill the cup (about 1/2 cup hot water.)
