Pico de Gallo

Ingredients

  • 3 large tomatoes
  • 1 medium sized onion
  • 1/4 bunch of cilantro (or more, because it's amazing!)
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 jalapeno

Preparation

Step 1

1. Dice your tomatoes and onions into small chunks. Chop your cilantro into a fine pile. Seed and chop jalapenos. Put all of your ingredients into a bowl and mix together. Squeeze lime juice on top and mix again. Refrigerate to chill.
