Blintz Souffle

Ingredients

  • 2 pkgs. frozen blintzes (8/pack)
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 6 eggs beaten
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven 350.

Place blintzes in dish to cover the bottome of the dish and then pour the melted butter over the blintez. Mix all other ingredients & pour on top of blintzes. Bake 1 hour or until puffed and brown.

Serve toppings on the side: sour cream, strawberries, blueberries, cinnamon sugar.

You can make the sour cream mixture the night before and keep in refrigerator and put together the next day.
