Ingredients
- 2 lg apples
- 2 lg mangoes, peeled
- 2 c. sliced red grapes
- 2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 fresh pineapple, peeled and cored
- 1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbs honey
- 2 tsp finely grated fresh ginger
Preparation
Step 1
Cut first 5 ingredients into bite-size pieces; place in a large bowl. Whisk together lemon juice, honey, and ginger. Drizzle over fruit mixture, tossing to coat. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
