Parmesan Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken
- 1/4 c nonfat plain yogurt
- 1/4 c toasted wheat germ
- 2 tbs grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/8 tsp paprika

Step 1
Heat oven to 400
Spray baking dish with nonstick oil.
Place chicken breasts between 2 sheets of plastic wrap and flatten to 1/2" thick.
Spoon yogurt into bowl.
In separate bowl stir together wheat germ, parmesan, basil, thyme, pepper and paprika.
Dip each chicken breast into yogurt; both sides. Lay chicken in wheat germ mix and press gently, turning to coat both sides.
Place on prepared baking pan and bake 5 minutes. Turn chicken over and bake until chicken is crispy and thoroughly cooked about 4 minutes.
