Ingredients
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 2 tbs oil
- 1 lb cube steak
- 1 sliced onion
- 2 c. beef broth
Preparation
Step 1
Stir flour, salt garlic powder and mustard together in bowl. Heat the oil in skillet. Dredge steak in flour. Brown the steak and remove to crockpot. Add onion and cook a few minutes. Stir in leftover flour and cook for 1 minute. Pour broth in skillet, scraping up any browned bits. Pour gravy and onions over meat in crockpot. Cook on low 5-6 hours and high 3-4 hours.
