Ingredients
- 1 - 14 oz. can artichoke - drain & add Italian dressing & marinate all day.
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 4 eggs beaten
- 1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- dash oregano
- dash Tabasco
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheese
- 2 tbs. minced parsley
Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion & garlic until limp. Beat eggs, add bread crumbs, salt, pepper, oregano, tabasco and cheese. Mix together with chopped artichokes.
In Pyrex pan bake at 350 for 30 minutes until set when touched. (you can freeze, if so thaw & reheat after frozen at 325 for 10 to 12 minutes).
