Ingredients
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breast - halved
- 1 sliced onion
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1 tbs chopped fresh basil or 1 tsp dried
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
- Salt & pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Heat the oil in skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Sauté the chicken for 4 minutes, turn over and add the onion. Cover and cook 3 minutes longer stirring occasionally. Add the garlic, basil and broth. Cover and cook until the onions are tender crisp about 5 minutes. frozen
