Pistachio Cake

This recipe was given to me by a cousin. I'm a scratch baker, but every once in awhile, I will find a dessert that isn't from scratch, but is certainly worth posting here.

Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 1 box pistachio instant pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup oil
- Pistachio nuts, chopped (You can add a reasonable amount you like to both the cake and the topping)
- Frost with either whipped cream or frosting of your choice

Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine all ingredients (including chopped pistachios), beat with a mixer for 4 minutes. Pour in buttered cake sheet pan.
2. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 40 minutes.
3. Once cooled, frost with whipped cream/topping of your choice. Add pistachios to your topping
