- 1 8OZ. PKG CREAM CHEESE(ROOM TEMPERATURE)
- 1 CAN ARTICHOKE(DRAINED)
- 1 BOX CHOPPED SPINACH (THAWED,WELL DRAINED)
- 1/2 CUP MAYONNAISE
- 1/2 CUP PARMESAN CHEESE
- 2 CLOVES GARLIC
- BASIL
- 1/2 TEAS SALT
- 1/2 TEAS PEPPER
- SHREDDED MOZZARELLA CHEESE
Preparation
Step 1
PREHEAT OVEN TO 375
GREASE A BAKING DISH
IN FOOD PROCESSOR COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS,MIX WELL
SPOON IN BAKING DISH,TOP WITH MOZZARELLA CHEESE.
BAKE UNTIL BUBBLING 25-30 MINUTES
