Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 Tablespoon of onion powder
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 1 Tablespoon GF soy sauce
- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
- 3 cups hot water
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Brown hamburger, add onion powder and celery, until celery is cooked yet still crisp. Put in baking dish and add remaining ingredients, mix well. Bake covered at 350* for 1 hour.
