Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tbsp drained small capers
- 1 1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 pint grape tomatoes
- 3 large basil leaves, shredded
- 1 1/2 tbsp shredded Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Stir together first five ingredients. Drizzle over tomatoes, tossing to coat. Let stand at least 15 minutes or up to one hour. Sprinkle with basil and cheese.
