Ingredients
- 1 lb gr beans, trimmed and snapped
- 1 tbs bacon drippings
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 4 oz sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 tsp soy sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Steam green beans 5 minutes. While beans are steaming, sauté the onions, garlic and mushrooms in bacon drippings. Add the green beans and soy sauce. Cook until beans are desired doneness.
