Pumpkin Orange Pecan Bundt Cake

Pecans on the top of the pumpkin bundt cake give it a nice crunch and flavor, and the orange juice give a fresh citrusy taste to the cake. Topped with a nice glaze - perfect for dessert anytime of the year.

Ingredients
- ICING:
- 1 cup coarsely chopped pecans
- 1 (56.1-ounce) Libby's Pumpkin Bread Kit
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 to 2 teaspoons orange zest, optional
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 to 3 tablespoons milk
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease 12-cup Bundt pan. Sprinkle pecans over bottom of pan.
Combine eggs, orange juice, oil, zest in large bowl. Mix until well blended. Add Libby’s® Pumpkin Bread Mix. Stir just until moistened.
Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake for 65 to 70 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Make the icing by mixing the powdered sugar and milk until smooth.
Cool in pan on wire rack for 10 minutes. Remove to wire rack to cool completely. Drizzle icing over cooled cake.
