Ingredients
- 8 slices of Italian bread
- 4 slices of provolone cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 3/4 tsp Italian seasoning
- Pinch of garlic powder
- Pinch of salt
- 2/3 c. Italian bread crumbs
Preparation
Step 1
Place cheese between 2 slices of bread. In a bowl beat eggs, milk, Italian seasoning, garlic and salt. Soak sandwiches for 2 minutes on each side. Coat with bread and cook on greased griddle or Panini maker until golden brown on both sides.
