Sheet Pan Sausage, Potatoes & Cabbage Meal

Ingredients
- 1 lb Kielbasa or smoked
- sausage or any precooked
- link sausage sliced into coins
- 1 lb red potatoes or Yukon
- Gold skin-on, cut into 1 inch
- chunks
- 1 lb carrots, cut into cubes
- 1 small head cabbage sliced
- into rounds & chopped
- into lg pieces or substitute
- preboiled halved brussel
- sprouts
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tsp granulated garlic or
- garlic powder
- 1tsp Italian seasonings

Step 1
Prehat oven to 425. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with heavy duty foil; spread the sausage coins, potatoes and cabbage out evenly over the foil. Drizzle the sausage and vegetables & fruit with olive oil; season with salt and pepper. Gently toss all of the ingredients to coat them with the olive oil. Sprinkle the Italian seasonings over the top. Place the sheet pan dinner into the oven and bake, uncovered for 30-45 minutes or until the potatoes are fork tender and all the ingredients are nicely golden brown. Serve at once.
