- 1 pound of Breakfast Sausage
- 1/2 cup of Flour
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 pepper
- 1/4 t garlic powder
- 3 cups of Milk
- 2 T of butter

Preparation
Step 1
Cook Sausage and Drain
Step 2
Putting sausage back into frying pan add butter and flour cook for 2 to 3 minutes to blend the flour into sausage to create a roux
Step 3
add salt, pepper, garlic powder now start adding milk a little at a time
you may need a little less than 3 cups or you may need more it depends
on how thick you want it
I make this up and freeze into pint packages
