Pepper Jelly Vinegarette

Ingredients
- 3, 10 oz jars of pepper jelly
- 1/4 white onions chopped
- 4 Tbs balsamic vinegar
- 4 Tbs apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbs minced garlic
- 3 tsp salt
- 3 cups extra virgin olive oil
- 5 serrano peppers with seeds
- (for milder omit seeds)
- 1 Tbs Tony Cachere's seasoning
- 1/2 cup sugar

Step 1
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend about 10 mins. or until vinegar and oil do not separate readily. Taste and adjust to your liking. Serve on your favorite green salad.

Makes almost 4 16 oz bottles.
