Ingredients

  • 3, 10 oz jars of pepper jelly
  • 1/4 white onions chopped
  • 4 Tbs balsamic vinegar
  • 4 Tbs apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbs minced garlic
  • 3 tsp salt
  • 3 cups extra virgin olive oil
  • 5 serrano peppers with seeds
  • (for milder omit seeds)
  • 1 Tbs Tony Cachere's seasoning
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend about 10 mins. or until vinegar and oil do not separate readily. Taste and adjust to your liking. Serve on your favorite green salad.
