Quick Cooker (Instant Pot) Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
- 1 to 1 1/2 Pounds of ground beef
- 1/2 to 3/4 Cups finely diced onions
- 1 1/2 to 2 tsp. Season Salt
- Pepper to taste I use a small palm full
- 1 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3 1/2 to 4 Cups of Beef Broth
- 1 pound small or medium egg noodles
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup I put mine through a fine mess strainer b/c we don’t like the actual mushrooms)
- 1/2 -to 1 Cup of Sour Cream

Step 1
Spray the inside of the quick cooker with Non-Stick Spray. I use the garlic flavor spray for extra flavor
Sauté beef and onion. You can drain if you wish but my meat is usually pretty lean so I don’t drain.
Add spices and Beef Broth and noodles. Push the noodles down in the liquid. Place the cream of mushroom soup on top but do not stir that in.
Manual pressure for four minutes, quick release.
Mix in sour cream and serve. Excellent reheated as well.
