Preparation

Step 1

Place oven bag in pan to secure bag. Place crab, shrimp, raw corn, potatoes and pealed boiled eggs in bag. Note: cook potatoes in microwave for 10 minutes and butter the ends of crab legs before putting in bag. Add rest of ingredients and gently shake bag. Cook in 400 F oven for 40 minutes, gently shaking bag half way through.

Step 2

Alternative is to put everything in an Instapot and cook on high pressure for 5 minutes. We like the taste a lot better using the instapot.

Smaller shrimp do not tend to do as well as larger prawns with this recipe as the small shrimp tend to get tough.

This recipe also tastes well just using crab, shrimp, and corn on the cob.
