- 1 cup cassava flour
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 2/3 cup maple syrup
- ½ cup almond butter
- 1/3 cup liquid coconut oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 egg whisked
- 1 cup peeled and finely chopped apples
- 1 cup crushed spiced pecans

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In large bowl, combine cassava flour, cinnamon, sea salt and baking soda.
In another bowl, mix together maple syrup, almond butter, coconut oil, vanilla and egg.
Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients; mix well. Fold in apples.
Pour into baking dish and spread batter evenly. Top with spiced pecans.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes, until toothpick in center comes out clean.
