- 1/4 cup Corn Starch
- 1 TBL Roasted Sesame Oil
- 1 tea minced Garlic
- 1 Tea minced ginger
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup green onions

Preparation
Step 1
Place steak in a bowl and toss in the corn starch.
Step 2
Place steak in the slow cooker.
Step 3
Mix together oil, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, brown sugar, and water. Pour into the slow cooker and coat meat.
Step 4
Cover and cook on high 2 to 3 hours or low 4 to 5 hours.
Stir in green onions and serve over rice.
