Preparation

Step 1

Place oven bag in a pan to secure bag. Add spices, lemon juice, butter, and water. Shake bag to mix thoroughly.

Step 2

Cooked potatoes in the microwave on high for 5 minutes. Place crab, shrimp, raw corn, potatoes, and pealed boiled eggs in bag. Gently shake bag to mix ingredients.

Step 3

Cook in 400F oven for 40 minutes, shaking bag half way through.

Although cooked shrimp can be used for this recipe, they tend to get overcooked and rubbery. Raw shrimp produces the best outcome.

Although this recipe can be mixed and prepared right before cooking, marinating the ingredients for 8-10 hours before cooking results in the best flavor. This recipe mimics the Juicy Crab restaurant crab boil.
