  • 1 bag Small Red Potatoes
  • 1 bag Carrots
  • 1 can Beef Broth
  • 1 pkg Pot Roast Mix or Onion Soup Mix

Preparation

Step 1

Add pot roast (or onion soup) mix to beef broth plus 1/2 cup water.

Step 2

Peel and slice carrots.

Step 3

Add meat, carrots, potatoes, and beef broth to Instant Pot.

Step 4

Set Instant Pot to Pressure setting. Set on High for 70 minutes.

Step 5

Release pressure naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release to end pressure cooking.

Step 6

Remove and Serve.
