Ingredients
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 cup cooked brown rice
- 3/4 cup peas and carrots
- 3 oz shrimp cooked chopped
- 1 large egg
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp. scallions
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil n skillet over medium/high heat add rice and heat through Add peas carrots and shrimp toss ad heat through. Push rice mixture to side of pan and crack egg un middle scramble egg. Stir egg into rice mixture and sprinkle with soy sauce
