Instant Pot Chicken Tortilla Soup

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb Chicken Breast
- 1 stalk Celery , sliced
- 1/2 C Frozen Whole Kernel corn, thawed
- 2 tsp Cumin
- 4 C Chicken Broth
- 1 Carrot peeled and chopped
- 1 -15 oz Can Black Beans rinsed and drained
- 2 Tbs Tomato Paste
- 2 tsp Chili Powder

Preparation
Step 1
Season the chicken with S and P. Add the carrot, celery, chicken, beans, corn, tomato paste, cumin, chili powder and broth to pot.
Close lid and set on 5 mins on high. When done quick release.
Remove the chicken and spread and return to the pot. Serve topped with tortilla strips.
