Shepherd's Pie/ Vick

Ingredients
- Left over Potatoes
- 2 Tbs Sour Cream or Softened Cream Cheese
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 C milk
- S and P
- 1 3/4 lbs Hamb
- 2 Carrots chopped (Opt)
- 1/4 Onion chopped
- 2 Tbs Butter or grease from Hamb
- 2 Tbs flour
- 3/4 C Beef Broth
- 1 Tbs Tomato Paste
- 1/3 C Ketchup
- 1/2 C Frozen Peas
- 1/2 C Frozen Corn
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 2 Tbs Parsley
- Sliced Cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Combine mashed potatoes, sour cream/cream cheese, egg yolk, S and P, and milk. Brown Hamb, S and P. Add frozen veggies, carrots and onion. Cook all together. In small pan on med heat add butter/grease and flour. Whisk in broth, tomato paste and ketchup. Thicken and add to meat mixture. Put meat mixture in a pie plate. Top with potatoe mixture. Top with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 mins.
