Ingredients
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 T. lemon juice
- 2 T. vegetable oil
- 4 Salmon fillets
- Salt to taste
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- 2 T. chives, finely minced
Preparation
Step 1
In medium bowl, whisk together honey, soy an lemon juice.
Step 2
In large skillet over medium-low heat, heat the oil. When oil is hot, add salmon and season with salt. Cook until golden, about 5 minutes, then flip over.
Step 3
Raise heat to medium-high and add the honey mixture. Cook until sauce reduces slightly, about 5 minutes.
Step 4
Baste with sauce and garnish with chives.
