Ingredients
- 16 oz Brussels sprouts, cut into halves
- 2 med red onions, but into long strips
- 1/2 cup whole garlic cloves
- 3 slices prosciutto
- 1/2 cup evolution
- Black pepper, to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. In a roasting pan, combine the Brussels sprouts, onions, garlic cloves and olive oil. Season with pepper.
Step 2
Tear the prosciutto slices apart with your hands and arrange on top
Step 3
Roast for 20-30 minutes, or until sprouts begin to look charred and the prosciutto is crisp. Stir once or twice, during cooking
