Shepherd's Pie/ Vick

Ingredients
- Mashed Potatoes
- 2 TBS Sour Cream
- 1 Egg Yolk
- 1/2 C Milk or Cream
- S and P
- 1 1/2 LB Hamb
- Frozen Peas, Carrots
- 1/4 Chopped Onion
- 2 TBS Butter or grease off Hamb
- 2 TBS Flour
- 3/4 C Beef Broth and 1 tsp Beef Paste
- 1 TBS Tomato Paste
- 1 tsp Beef Paste
- 1/4-1/2 C Ketchup
- Sliced Cheese
- Paprika
- Parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Brown Hamb with Onion. Add frozen Veggies and micro for 4 mins. Take Mashed Potatoes and add Sour Cream, Egg Yolk, Milk/Cream and S and P. In another small skillet heat flour and Hamb grease or butter. Then add 1 tsp Beef Paste and Beef Broth, Tomato Paste and Ketchup. Thicken gravy and add to meat mixture. Layer Meat mixture, Cheese and then Potatoes. Top with Paprika and Parsley.
