  • 1 16 oz pck frozen cauliflower florets
  • 2 lbs, boneless beef sirloin steak cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1.4 tsp pepper
  • 3/4 cup low-sodium beef broth
  • 2 tbs Worcetsershire sauce
  • 1 tbs all purpose flour
  • 1 14 oz can diced potatoes drained
  • 1 14 oz can sliced carrots drained
  • 1 cup shredded sharp white cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Coat 2 1/2 qt baking dish with cooking spray. Cook cauliflower according to package directions. Sprinkle beef with onion powder oregano salt and pepper. Coat 12 inch skillet with cooking spray heat over high heat. In batches add beef and cook stirring until browned about 2 minutes per batch. Remove. Heat broiler. Whisk together broth worcestershire sauce and flour. Add to skillet. Over medium high heat stir until slightly thickened about 2 minutes. Stir in beet potatoes carrots stirring until just heated through. Transfer mixture to baking dish. In bowl, toss cauliflower with cheese then sprinkle over beef mixture. Broil until lightly browned 3 to 5 minutes, serve.
