This can be used as a substitute for chicken or beef in a nacho dish. Cauliflower can be breaded or not!

Ingredients

  • 1 med to large head cauliflower broken apart into flowerettes
  • Cauliflower sauce
  • 1/3 C olive oil
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • Buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 C Franks hot sauce
  • 1 stick of unsalted butter melted

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 475 degrees

Step 2

Put prepared cauliflower in large bowl or plastic bag, pour in the cauliflower sauce and shake or mix until coated.

Step 3

Spread cauliflower on a sheet pan, or two - (don't crowd or the veggies won't brown) Put in the oven, the lowest rack and bake for about 15 minutes, until they stat turning brown or crispy.

Step 4

remove from oven, pour over the buffalo sauce and return to the oven for 5 to 10 more minutes.

You can eat this as is or add it to a nacho dish or serve over tater tots
