Ingredients

  • 1 7-oz pkg of Miracle Noodle Fettuccini Shirataki Noodles
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 4 oz shredded cooked chicken
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 cup alfredo sauce (any brand)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh basil

Preparation

Step 1

To make the noodles, rinse the noodles in a colander with cold water. Fill a large saucepan with water and bring to a boil over high heat. Add the noodles and boil for 2 minutes. Drain. Transfer the noodles to a large, dry skillet over medium-low heat to evaporate any moisture. (Do not grease skillet; it must be dry.) Transfer the noodles to a plate, set aside.

Step 2

In the saucepan over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Add the cooked chicken. Season with salt & pepper.

Step 3

Pour alfredo sauce over the chicken, and cook until warm. Season with more salt & pepper.

Step 4

Add the dried noodles to the sauce mixture and toss until combined. Divide the pasta between 2 plates, top each with Parmesan and chopped basil, and serve.
