Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Keebler® Club® Multi-Grain crackers (finely crushed) (about 12 crackers)
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup finely chopped ham (about 4 oz.)
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions

Preparation

Step 1

1. Sprinkle KEEBLER CLUB MULTI-GRAIN crackers on bottom and sides of 9-inch pie plate generously coated with cooking spray. Set aside.

2. In medium bowl whisk togther eggs, flour, pepper and nutmeg until smooth. Stir in cottage cheese, Swiss cheese, ham, carrots and green onions. Carefully pour into prepared pie plate.

3. Bake at 350°F about 40 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack for 5 to 10 minutes.
