- 10 Lasagna noodles
- 2 10-oz packages frozen chopped spinach
- 1/2 c. onion chopped
- 1 T oil
- 2 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1 15-oz can tomato sauce
- 1 6-oz can tomato paste
- 1/2 cup olives chopped
- 1 1/2 t oregano
- 2 cup cream style cottage cheese
- 1 lb sliced Monterrey jack cheese
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 t basil
- 1 bunch broccoli

Preparation
Step 1
Cook noodles 8-10 minutes & drain
Prepare spinach according to package instructions and drain
Saute' onion in oil and add mushrooms
Stir in sauce, paste, olives, and spices
Grease a 9x13 casserole
Layer:
noodles
cottage cheese
spinach & broccoli
sauce mix
1/3 cheese
Repeat layers
Top with Pamesan
Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes
