Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Butter (softened)
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup White Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 1/3 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 4 Reese's (chopped)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a bowl, place butter and sugars.
In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
Beat butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Then, add vanilla and egg. Stir just until combined.
Gradually add flour mixture and stir.
Grab some mini-muffin pans and either lightly grease or place liners.
Chop Reese's into sizes smaller than 1/4".
Roll dough balls and place in the cups.
Press pieces of Reese's into each center.
Bake for approximately 10 minutes.
