Ingredients
- 16 oz. Rotelli Pasta
- 1 1/2 cups mayo
- 2/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2/3 Tbs. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- 2 tsp. dried basil, crushed
- 2 2/3 cups red kidney beans drained (2 cans)
- 2 cups snow pea pods
- 2 cups carrots cut into 1/2" strips
Preparation
Step 1
Cook and drain pasta. Mix mayo, parsley, cheese, lemon juice, garlic and basil. In separate bowl toss beans, pasta, peas, and carrots. Combine all ingredients and toss together. Chill and serve.
