Double Layer Crumb Cake

Ingredients
- Crumbs:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 yogurt
- 3 cups flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tbs. ground cinnamon
- 2 tbs. coco powder
- 1/2 cup butter
- 4-5 chocolate chip cookies

Step 1
Preheat Oven 350 degrees:
In a mix-master combine the sugars, vanilla and the butter and cream. Add the eggs and continue to cream.
In a bowl combine the milk and the yogurt and mix with a fork.
In a large bowl combine the flour, salt and baking powder. Slowly add to the mix-master alternating with the milk mixture.
Add all of the ingredients for the crumb mixture in a food processor and process until crumbs are formed.
Prepare a baking pan with butter.
Place half of the batter in the prepared pan and then a cover with half of the crumb mixture. Cover with the remaining batter and cover the top with the crumb mixture.
Bake 45-50 minutes or until the toothpick test comes out clean.
