Ingredients
- small can evap milk
- add reg milk to make 2 cups
- scald milk (skin over top)
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c sugar
- pinch salt
- 1 tsp flour
- 9 in pie crust
Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs, sugar, salt, flour together slowly into hot milk
pour into pie crust
add raspberries
bake at 450 for 8-10 mins then reduce to 325 and bake until custard is set
