Easy Pie Crust

Ingredients
- Egg mixture:
- 3 c flour
- 1 1/4 c shortening
- Mix well with a pastry cutter until the mixture forms into pea size balls, then slowly add egg mixture until you achieve the desired consistency.
- 1 eggwell beaten)
- 1 T vinegar(white)
- 1 T salt
- 5 T ice cold water

Step 1
Shape into 2 equal balls of dough and roll out to desired thickness, or press into your pie dish. Makes 2 crusts.
