Chocolate Mousse Pie

Ingredients
- crust:
- 1 pkg. chocolate wafers (crushed)
- 4 tbsp. melted butter
- filling:
- 1 12 oz pkg. semi sweet chocolate chips (grind)
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp Kaluha
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- 1/2 pint whipping cream
- topping:
- 1/2 pint whipping cream
- 2 tsp. confectioners sugar

Preparation
Step 1
crust:
combine crushed chocolate chip and butter (put 1/4 cup to the side for topping)
put in a 9-10" pie plate and press firmly against bottom
bake at 350 degrees for 8 mins.
put into fridge
filling:
in processor, blender, or cuisinart put all ingredients for filling except milk and whipping cream
blend
heat milk to a boil
pour into blender or cuisinart while it is on, until blended
whip 1/2 pint whipping cream
fold whip cream into chocolate mousse mix
pour into chilled crust
refrigerate overnight
topping:
whip whipping cream and confections sugar together
put on top of pie and put chocolate crumb mixture on top of topping
