Ingredients

  • 2 cups white flour
  • 1 cup oat or bran flour
  • 1 1/4 cup oats
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup malasses
  • 1 cup apple sauce
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 2/3 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup toasted almonds
  • 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

In large bowl mix all ingredients and press into baking dish with waxed paper and bake @ 350* till nice and brown.
