Turmeric tea is great when you're under the weather or just looking for something healthy to drink.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk (or almond)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • Dash cayenne pepper
  • Raw honey to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Put coconut milk, spices and honey in a sauce pan heat up slowly on low heat.

If you put it on high heat the coconut milk will get too thick. Pour and enjoy.
