- 1 1/2 cups orzo (raw), cooked according to packaging instructions
- 2 Tablespoons pine nuts, toasted
- 1/4 cup walnut pieces, toasted
- 3 Tablespoons parsley, minced
- 2 Tablespoons basil, chiffonaded
- 1 lemon, zested
- 1 orange, zested and juiced
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
